Our Pastor

Rev. Stephen Nierman has now served our congregation for more than two years.  Originally from Nebraska, Pastor Nierman joined us at St. John’s Lutheran in December of 2002.  He previously served St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ironton, Ohio and has been a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) for twenty-five years.  His wife is Pastor Alicia Nierman who serves at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sidney, Ohio, and his son is a student at the Ohio State University.
